This Privacy Policy explains how Cameron Gupta LLC, the owner and operator of camerongupta.com, may collect, use, retain, disclose, and otherwise process information when you access, use, submit information to, communicate with, purchase through, donate through, or otherwise interact with camerongupta.com.

By using camerongupta.com, submitting information, attempting a transaction, or completing a transaction, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through or in connection with camerongupta.com, the GupSh0p iPhone application, GupShop-branded pages or functionality, website pages, forms, user accounts, the Digital Library and digital document delivery functionality, the GupVault, checkout flows, donation pages, transaction pages, Stripe-hosted payment pages or payment links, App Store in-app purchases where offered, payment interfaces, communications, security tools, and other online or offline interactions connected to Cameron Gupta LLC.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to websites, platforms, payment pages, applications, or services operated by third parties except to the extent Cameron Gupta LLC receives information from, discloses information to, or otherwise processes information with those third parties in connection with its business operations.

2. Website Owner and Operator

camerongupta.com is owned and operated by Cameron Gupta LLC. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, Cameron Gupta LLC is the company responsible for the ownership, operation, administration, control, and management of camerongupta.com and its related website, payment, and business operations unless Cameron Gupta LLC expressly states otherwise in a signed writing.

Any references to GupShop, project names, business labels, checkout names, payment descriptions, campaigns, products, services, pages, or website labels refer to operations under Cameron Gupta LLC unless otherwise expressly stated in writing.

3. Information We May Collect

Cameron Gupta LLC may collect information that you provide, generate, transmit, disclose, make available, or cause to be made available when you access, visit, use, communicate with, transact through, submit information to, or otherwise interact with camerongupta.com, payment flows, business operations, or service providers.

The categories of information we may collect include identifiers; contact information; payment, transaction, donation, Fee, refund, dispute, and commercial information; device, browser, network, and technical information; usage, interaction, diagnostic, and performance information; approximate location information; cookies and similar technology data; security, compliance, and risk information; communications; user submissions; publicly available information; and information received from third parties.

• Identifiers may include name, email address, phone number, mailing address, billing address, customer ID, transaction ID, order ID, payment processor ID, Stripe customer ID, Stripe checkout session ID, Stripe payment intent ID, Stripe charge ID, IP address, device ID, cookie ID, browser ID, session ID, user agent string, online identifier, or other identifier associated with you, your device, your browser, your transaction, or your interaction with us.
• Transaction information may include the amount entered by the customer, the final amount charged, the 40% Platform & Operations Fee where applicable to a website payment, App Store product and transaction identifiers, App Store price and currency data supplied by Apple, the account-association token used for an in-app purchase, platform charges, processing-related amounts, taxes, discounts, adjustments, product or service descriptions, Donation descriptions, transaction date, transaction time, payment method type, card brand, card funding type, limited payment instrument details, billing details, payment confirmation information, receipt information, payment processor metadata, risk evaluations, refund records, dispute records, reversal records, and related commercial records.
• Technical information may include IP address, device type, browser type, browser version, operating system, device manufacturer, device model, screen size, language settings, time zone, connection information, referring URL, exit URL, pages viewed, links clicked, timestamps, server logs, error reports, diagnostic data, performance data, and security event data.
• Usage information may include pages visited, buttons clicked, form interactions, checkout activity, purchase attempts, Digital Library document listing, viewing, and download requests received by camerongupta.com, GupVault purchase and allocation activity, abandoned sessions, navigation paths, referral source, user preferences, and similar usage or event data. The GupSh0p iPhone application does not report the destination or recipient you select in Apple’s share sheet to Cameron Gupta LLC.

4. Stripe Payment Processing Information

Cameron Gupta LLC may use Stripe to process payments, facilitate checkout, calculate and display payment amounts, provide payment records and any Stripe-hosted receipt links, maintain transaction records, review transaction risk, process refunds, and handle payment disputes.

When you make or attempt to make a payment through camerongupta.com, Stripe may collect, receive, process, store, transmit, verify, and use payment-related information, including payment card information, billing information, transaction metadata, device information, IP address, security signals, and other information necessary or appropriate for payment processing, compliance, risk management, security, and legal obligations.

Cameron Gupta LLC may receive from Stripe limited payment-related information, including transaction identifiers, payment status, payment amount, payment method type, limited card details, billing details, receipt information, dispute information, refund information, risk indicators, and related transaction metadata. Stripe’s collection, use, processing, storage, and disclosure of information are governed by Stripe’s own terms, policies, and privacy notices.

5. Service Providers and Infrastructure

Cameron Gupta LLC uses a small set of service providers to operate camerongupta.com. These providers process information as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies:

• Stripe processes payments and stores payment records. Stripe is also the platform on which Cameron Gupta LLC maintains its customer records, which include the account email address and optional name, one-way password and recovery-code hashes, password-reset token hashes and expiration times, account and transaction identifiers, payment history, Digital Library entitlement designations, and GupVault contribution and epoch-allocation records. • GitHub provides private source control and stores Digital Library source PDFs in Cameron Gupta LLC’s private repository so they can be bundled with authenticated camerongupta.com server routes. • Apple operates the App Store and processes GupCoin in-app purchases that may be made in the GupSh0p iPhone application, as well as continuing renewals, refunds, revocations, or other status changes for historical Digital Library purchases and subscriptions. The application no longer offers a new native Digital Library purchase, subscription, free-trial, or restoration screen. Cameron Gupta LLC receives Apple-signed transaction and renewal data needed to verify the product, subscription period, grace period, purchase status, refund or revocation status, and the pseudonymous account token associated with the purchase. Verified immutable status events, pseudonymous ownership bindings, and account-specific entitlement indexes are stored in private transactional storage. • Resend delivers GupShop’s transactional emails, including branded receipt emails and password-reset emails. To deliver these emails, Resend may receive the recipient’s email address; receipt information, including the entered amount, the Donation or GupCoin and Platform & Operations Fee itemization, any GupVault epoch, GupCoin, and worker details, limited card details such as card brand and last four digits, the receipt number, and any receipt link; the password-reset URL, including its time-limited reset token; and, when applicable, the customer’s PDF unlock password and a link to the Digital Library. 6. Account Information and Sign-In Data

camerongupta.com offers optional user accounts. If you create an account, Cameron Gupta LLC collects the email address you provide, the name you optionally provide, and security values derived from your password and recovery code. Passwords and recovery codes are protected with one-way cryptographic hashing; Cameron Gupta LLC does not store, and cannot recover, your plain-text password or recovery code.

Account records, including hashed security values, are stored within Cameron Gupta LLC’s customer records maintained with Stripe, the payment processing platform described in this Privacy Policy. If you make a payment while signed in, that payment is linked to your account so that you can view your own payment history.

When you sign in, camerongupta.com sets a session cookie named gupshop_session so that you stay signed in as you move between pages. This cookie is strictly necessary for authentication and security, is not used for advertising, and carries the HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite=Lax attributes. Its maximum duration is 30 days, unless it is removed earlier because you sign out or because of an account or security action such as a password change or reset. The cookie holds a digitally signed session payload containing the Stripe customer ID for your account, your email address, your optional name, a password-version value used to invalidate older sessions when your password changes, and the session’s issue and expiration times. The payload is signed to prevent tampering, not encrypted, and it never contains your plain-text password or recovery code.

If email-based password reset is available and you request it, Cameron Gupta LLC stores only a one-way hash of the reset token and its expiration time in your customer record maintained with Stripe. The reset email, sent through Resend, contains a password-reset link that includes the raw, time-limited reset token and your account email address; the token is single-use and expires 30 minutes after it is issued. You may also reset your password using your recovery code. You can initiate permanent account deletion from the Delete account section of your signed-in account page after confirming your password. A private pending-deletion record may temporarily retain the Stripe customer identifier needed to confirm and recover a two-phase deletion; the identifier is removed from that record after deletion is confirmed. Confirmed deletion removes the GupShop account record and its account-specific App Store entitlement index. Payment processors may retain transaction records under their own policies and requirements. Pseudonymous App Store transaction events and ownership safeguards remain to honor refunds and revocations, prevent replay or duplicate grants, preserve authoritative historical transaction status, and respond to support or entitlement questions.

7. Digital Library Information

camerongupta.com may offer an optional Digital Library through which eligible signed-in account holders may view or download protected digital documents. When the Digital Library is used by you or made available to you, Cameron Gupta LLC may collect, generate, receive, store, and use information in connection with it, including your account and payment-verification status; records of which documents are made available to your account, which may be stored as access designations within Cameron Gupta LLC’s customer records maintained with Stripe; records of document listing, view, and download requests, including the document requested, date and time, result, IP address, and related device, browser, and technical information captured in server, security, and hosting logs; and records relating to receipts, support requests, or communications that reference the Digital Library.

Documents delivered through the Digital Library may be protected for your account. Supported PDFs are 50 MiB or less and are individually password-protected using a customer-specific PDF unlock password. The unlock password is cryptographically derived for your account when needed and is not stored in plain text by Cameron Gupta LLC on its servers; it is displayed to you on your library page when you are signed in and your account has active, verified library access with one or more documents available to it, and, where that feature is enabled, may be included in receipt emails sent to the email address associated with your signed-in payment. Library access remains account-specific, revocable, and subject to payment verification and document entitlements. You are responsible for keeping your document password confidential, and Cameron Gupta LLC may use Digital Library records to investigate suspected unauthorized access, unauthorized sharing, or other misuse.

When an eligible protected PDF is downloaded in the GupSh0p iPhone application, the application may use the account-specific password to decrypt the file locally on your device. For a password-protected file, the saved source remains password-protected, while the application creates an unlocked working copy as needed so the file can be viewed from the private Digital Library without another manual PDF-password prompt or sent to Apple’s share sheet. Working copies remain in application-controlled storage with iOS file-protection controls while the in-app preview is open and are designed to be removed when that preview closes. The application also clears working copies left by an interrupted prior launch when its document-access feature initializes again. The optional GupSh0p App Lock controls access to the application interface but does not add PDF password encryption to an exported copy.

The application receives a pseudonymous, account-specific library namespace derived from the account’s customer identifier and uses it to separate locally saved source files, Keychain entries, and temporary working copies between accounts on the same device. The namespace is a local partitioning identifier, not a substitute for server-side authentication or entitlement verification. A confirmed sign-out completed in the iPhone application hides that account’s saved shelf while preserving its protected source files and associated Keychain credentials for a later sign-in to the same account; signing out on another device or browser may not immediately hide or remove offline content on this device. Another account cannot list or open those files through the application. A confirmed account deletion completed through the iPhone application is designed to remove the matching local source files, Keychain entries, and temporary working copies. Older unscoped downloads that predate this separation mechanism are quarantined rather than assigned to the next account and may need to be downloaded again.

After a protected PDF is successfully unlocked, the application may save the password in the iOS Keychain so that the same saved document can open automatically in the future, including when the device is offline. The Keychain entry is scoped to that account and saved document and uses Apple’s When Unlocked, This Device Only accessibility class, meaning it is available to the application only while the device is unlocked and is not configured to migrate to another device. A later suspension, revocation, entitlement change, or server-side document removal stops future server access as applicable but may not automatically delete or disable a source file or Keychain entry already stored on your device. The password is not included in the unlocked exported PDF. Deleting the saved document through the Saved Library also deletes its associated Keychain entry. Because Keychain storage is managed by iOS, removing the application itself may not immediately remove an existing Keychain entry; any such entry remains scoped to the identifier of the previously saved document.

If you use Share Document, the GupSh0p iPhone application gives Apple’s share sheet an unlocked copy. Cameron Gupta LLC does not receive the destination or recipient selected in the share sheet and does not create or retain a new server-side copy as a result of the local unlock or share action. Once the copy is accepted by Files, Mail, Messages, a cloud-storage provider, another application or device, or a recipient, that destination may store, synchronize, retain, use, or disclose it under its own settings, terms, and privacy practices. Cameron Gupta LLC does not control the destination and cannot retrieve or delete the exported copy for you.

Digital Library source files and delivery records may be stored, processed, and served using the hosting, storage, email, and infrastructure providers described in this Privacy Policy. Digital Library information may be used to provide and individualize library access, verify eligibility, deliver and protect documents, secure the website, prevent misuse, respond to support requests, review refund requests, respond to payment disputes, enforce the Terms and Conditions, comply with legal obligations, and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Server, security, and hosting logs may record authenticated download, library-listing, and online credential-refresh requests. The application does not intentionally report document-specific local-open or local-delete events or the destination or recipient selected in Apple’s share sheet; however, an online credential refresh initiated while opening a saved protected PDF may appear in logs as a general Digital Library request. A support request or information supplied by another party may also disclose local activity to Cameron Gupta LLC.

8. Payment Descriptions, Donation Wording, and Fee Records

The website, checkout flow, Stripe-hosted page, receipt, payment metadata, or related payment records may describe an entered base amount as a Donation or use similar payment-purpose wording.

The checkout flow may add a separate customer-visible 40% Platform & Operations Fee to the base amount you enter. Cameron Gupta LLC may collect, receive, generate, store, and use records showing the entered amount, the Fee, and the final amount charged for payment processing, receipts, accounting, customer support, refund review, dispute response, legal compliance, and business recordkeeping.

Unless Cameron Gupta LLC expressly states otherwise in a signed written agreement or separate written policy, Donation wording does not mean that a payment is tax-deductible, charitable, a political contribution, a pledge, a grant, an investment, a loan, a deposit, an escrowed amount, a stored-value balance, or an ownership interest.

9. Sensitive Information

Cameron Gupta LLC does not request that you submit sensitive personal information unless necessary for a specific lawful purpose. If you voluntarily provide sensitive information, you authorize Cameron Gupta LLC to process it for the purposes for which it was provided and for related lawful business, legal, compliance, dispute-resolution, security, risk-management, or recordkeeping purposes.

You should not submit sensitive information unless it is necessary for your interaction with Cameron Gupta LLC.

10. Children’s and Minors’ Privacy

camerongupta.com is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. Cameron Gupta LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If Cameron Gupta LLC learns that it has collected personal information from an individual under 18, it may delete the information or take other appropriate steps, subject to applicable law.

Consistent with the Terms and Conditions, use of camerongupta.com requires that you be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

11. How We Collect Information

Cameron Gupta LLC may collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser, device, or network, through cookies and similar technologies, through Stripe and other payment processors, through hosting and infrastructure providers, through security tools, through communications with you, through public sources, through third-party vendors and service providers, through legal, regulatory, or business records, and through other lawful means.

12. Purposes for Which We Use Information

Cameron Gupta LLC may use information for lawful business, commercial, operational, legal, compliance, security, analytical, marketing, administrative, risk-management, dispute-resolution, and recordkeeping purposes.

These purposes include operating camerongupta.com; providing payment flows, checkout functionality, products, services, donation functionality, Digital Library access and digital document delivery, GupVault allocation records and reporting, and customer support; processing payments, transactions, donations, Fees, refunds, and disputes; generating confirmations, receipts, records, and transaction communications; calculating entered amounts, final charged amounts, Fees, taxes, or other payment-related amounts; responding to inquiries, requests, complaints, and support issues; reviewing refund requests on a case-by-case basis; verifying transaction details; preventing misuse, unauthorized transactions, and unlawful activity; securing the website, systems, networks, and transactions; monitoring performance; diagnosing technical issues; improving website design, functionality, content, and user experience; communicating with users; enforcing Terms and Conditions; protecting rights, property, safety, and interests; complying with legal obligations; responding to legal process; maintaining records; preparing for, asserting, defending, or resolving claims, disputes, investigations, audits, or proceedings; conducting internal business operations; evaluating or completing business transactions; using information for any purpose disclosed at the time of collection; using information with your consent; and using information for any other purpose permitted by applicable law.

13. Legal Bases and Consent

Where applicable law requires a legal basis for processing personal information, Cameron Gupta LLC’s legal bases may include consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate business interests, payment processing, recordkeeping, security, dispute resolution, protection of legal rights, and any other lawful basis recognized by applicable law.

By using camerongupta.com, submitting information, completing a transaction, attempting a transaction, or communicating with Cameron Gupta LLC, you consent to the collection, use, processing, retention, disclosure, and transfer of information as described in this Privacy Policy to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

camerongupta.com currently uses the strictly necessary gupshop_session authentication cookie described in this Privacy Policy; Stripe payment technology, including Stripe-hosted checkout pages, Stripe.js, and wallet interfaces, which may use cookies or similar technologies for payment functionality, security, and fraud prevention under Stripe’s own policies; and ordinary hosting, security, and server logs. camerongupta.com does not currently use advertising pixels, targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, conversion tracking, or nonessential tracking cookies.

If Cameron Gupta LLC materially changes the tracking technologies used on camerongupta.com, this Privacy Policy and any legally required consent or opt-out controls will be updated before those technologies are activated. You may be able to disable or limit cookies through your browser settings; disabling the strictly necessary authentication cookie will prevent you from staying signed in. Cameron Gupta LLC does not guarantee that camerongupta.com will respond to Do Not Track signals, Global Privacy Control signals, or similar browser-based signals except where required by applicable law.

15. Analytics and Advertising

Cameron Gupta LLC does not currently use third-party analytics platforms, advertising networks, or behavioral advertising technologies on camerongupta.com. Cameron Gupta LLC does not currently sell personal information and does not currently use personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Operational insight comes from ordinary server logs, security logs, payment records, and diagnostics. If this changes materially, this Privacy Policy and any legally required notices, consents, or opt-out controls will be updated before new technologies are activated.

16. Disclosure of Information

Cameron Gupta LLC may disclose information to Stripe and other payment processors; banks; card networks; digital wallet providers; hosting providers; website infrastructure providers; cloud service providers; security providers; customer support providers; professional advisors; attorneys; accountants; auditors; insurers; contractors; vendors; service providers; affiliates; successors; assigns; purchasers or prospective purchasers of business assets; government authorities; courts; regulators; and other parties as necessary to comply with law, protect rights, enforce agreements, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, respond to payment disputes, or operate the business.

17. Sale or Sharing of Information

Cameron Gupta LLC does not currently sell personal information and does not currently use or disclose personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. Cameron Gupta LLC does not intend to sell personal information in the traditional sense of exchanging personal information for money. Some privacy laws define sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or similar terms broadly to include certain advertising, analytics, or tracking activities. To the extent the use of advertising, analytics, tracking, or third-party technologies is deemed a sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or similar activity under applicable law, Cameron Gupta LLC will comply with applicable legal obligations, including providing legally required notices or choices where required.

18. Business Transfers

Your information may be disclosed, transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise made available in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of assets, transfer of ownership, business transition, corporate transaction, or similar event involving Cameron Gupta LLC or any portion of its business or assets.

19. Legal Compliance and Protection of Rights

Cameron Gupta LLC may collect, use, preserve, and disclose information when it believes in good faith that doing so is necessary, appropriate, or advisable to comply with law or legal process; respond to subpoenas, court orders, discovery requests, warrants, regulatory inquiries, or governmental demands; enforce Terms and Conditions; investigate violations; prevent misuse, unauthorized access, security incidents, or unlawful activity; protect rights, property, safety, reputation, and interests; protect users or the public; establish, exercise, defend, settle, or enforce legal claims; or cooperate with courts, regulators, payment processors, banks, card networks, or other parties involved in legal, security, risk, or compliance matters.

20. Data Retention

Cameron Gupta LLC retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including operating accounts and entitlements, processing and documenting transactions, providing support, maintaining security, responding to refunds or disputes, meeting accounting or tax requirements, complying with law, and establishing or defending legal claims. Retention periods vary by the type and sensitivity of the information, the operational or legal need for it, applicable limitation periods, and the retention practices of the service providers identified in this Privacy Policy.

Closing or deleting an account does not necessarily delete records that Cameron Gupta LLC or its service providers must or may lawfully retain, such as payment records, fraud-prevention records, security logs, refund and dispute records, or pseudonymous App Store transaction history. Where continued retention is no longer reasonably necessary, Cameron Gupta LLC will delete, de-identify, or otherwise dispose of information in accordance with its operational processes and applicable law.

A source file saved inside the GupSh0p iPhone application remains in the application’s local storage until you delete it, complete an in-app account deletion that triggers matching local cleanup, remove the application and its data, or the operating system removes the application data. Redownloadable saved sources are marked for exclusion from device backup where iOS honors that setting, and unlocked working copies are kept in temporary application storage that is not ordinarily included in device backups. An unlocked working copy created for preview or sharing is designed to be removed from application-controlled storage when the preview closes, with interrupted-launch working copies cleared when the document-access feature next initializes. An associated Keychain password is removed when you delete the saved document through the Saved Library; as explained above, iOS may retain a Keychain item after the application itself is removed. A copy exported through Apple’s share sheet is retained according to the settings and policies of the destination you select; Cameron Gupta LLC does not control or set that destination’s retention period.

21. Security

Cameron Gupta LLC uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect information. However, no website, system, payment flow, transmission, network, or storage method is completely secure. Cameron Gupta LLC does not guarantee that information will be secure, error-free, uninterrupted, immune from unauthorized access, or protected from every security incident. The application sandbox, iOS file protection, and optional GupSh0p App Lock do not follow an unlocked file after you export it; you are responsible for securing the device, account, application, service, or recipient to which you send the copy.

22. Administrative Access and Entitlement Management

Authorized Cameron Gupta LLC administrators may use a protected administrative interface to support and secure customer accounts. Through that interface, an administrator may search for an account by email address; view the customer’s name, email address, Stripe customer identifier, payment-verification status, and Digital Library entitlements; and assign or restrict access to particular library documents. Administrative access is used for support, security, payment-verification, refund, dispute, and access-management functions, and administrative activity may be recorded in operational logs.

23. Third-Party Websites and Services

camerongupta.com may contain links to third-party websites, services, payment pages, social media platforms, embedded content, or tools. Cameron Gupta LLC is not responsible for the privacy practices, security practices, content, terms, policies, or conduct of third parties. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

24. Your Choices

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have certain rights or choices regarding your personal information, including the ability to request access, correction, deletion, information about disclosure practices, opt out of certain marketing communications, limit certain cookies through browser settings, or exercise other rights provided by applicable law.

Cameron Gupta LLC may verify your identity before responding to a request. Cameron Gupta LLC may deny, limit, or decline requests where permitted by law, including where information is required for legal compliance, transaction records, security, dispute resolution, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, or other lawful business purposes.

25. Florida Residents

Florida residents may have rights under applicable Florida law, including, where applicable, consumer privacy rights under Florida statutes that apply to certain covered businesses. Not all Florida privacy laws apply to every business. To the extent any Florida privacy law applies to Cameron Gupta LLC, Cameron Gupta LLC will comply with applicable requirements.
